Bella Vida is also seeking a commercial lender or lending group to provide secured real estate financing for the acquisition of property portfolio in Costa Rica. The financing will be secured by a first lien, if applicable, on titled real property. Interested lenders are invited to request a confidential financing summary and loan terms.
